The first story is derived from Masnavi, which was written by the 13th century Persian poet and theologian, Jalal al Din Muhammad Balkhi, also known as Rumi.

The second story is derived from Kelileh & Demneh which is an ancient animal fable. These tales teach us valuable lessons in a simple way.
